Shipping Policy

 

DOMESTIC

* Buyer to pay shipping unless otherwise stated.

* All packages include delivery confirmation. 

* Items will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.

* Insurance is recommend but optional. If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let me know prior to making payment and I will adjust the shipping cost to reflect the cost of insurance. Outside of this, Pura Vida Vintage is not responsible for lost packages.

* We combine shipping to save you money (so you can buy more pretties!). 

* local pick up at our store location is available upon request.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL

* we ship worldwide via USPS. 

* Items will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.

* we prefer to ship First-Class International for cost savings, but please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.  If you would like Priority or Express International, please email us for rates.

* Please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. We do not falsify customs forms.

 

Pura Vida Vintage is not responsible for lost packages, all domestic packages are shipped with tracking and international packages are mailed USPS Priority, Express or first-class international mail with a proof of mailing customs declaration number.

Return Policy

 

Pura Vida Vintage does not accept returns so please love what you purchase as all sales are considered final.

 

Due to the unique nature of vintage pre-loved clothing, there might be the occasional slight and trivial imperfection. We sell only vintage pieces that we find in excellent/great/good condition. Any imperfections are minor and are described to the best of our knowledge. These garments are not new. In addition, please keep in mind that certain computer monitors and camera flashes might affect the appearance of a garment. In summary, all vintage items are sold ''as-is''. 

We do our best to list things as accurately as possible but as we are only human we do occasionally make mistakes. If this happens please contact us immediately and we will do our best to take care of it.
